GLANZ DSR APP


Introduction

We are going to build a Glanz DSR App(for specific company sea tax international ). The aim of this project is to allow shopkeeper to apply online for stock ordering( like detergents, soaps etc) through mobile phone.
This system will allow the shopkeeper to apply online for stock like detergents, soaps etc .This system will be efficient, time saving, low cost and user friendly.

Purpose

Our project of  Glanz DSR App is basically for the ease of shopkeeper, shopkeeper will be able to apply online for  stock. The aim  of this app is to low cost, time and effort and apply for stock by an efficient manner, within a specific time interval.

Project scope

The scope of project is this will include all the activities, process need to be done for ordering the stock. It will create boundaries of the project by clearly defining what would be done in the project and what would not be done. This will make project to contain limited and quantifiable tasks, which will easily be documented and in turn avoids cost and time overrun.

Problem Statement


Manual process of ordering stock is time consuming, cost consuming .The aim of this project is to allow shopkeeper to apply online for stock  through mobile phones that saves time and cost.
As in manual process the data is stored in registers or in files and if due to some reason data is lost, there was no backup of data.

 Problem Scenario

GLNAZ DSR APP   has the following drawbacks:
·         Sea Tex international company  is using manual process.
·         Without Application, order taking  is a time consuming process.
·         Shopkeeper must go to shops and buy.
·         Main problem is admin cannot track the salesman.

 Proposed Solution


We will design a Android App as well as Web based to facilitate shopkeepers which will help user to manage projects anywhere by using mobile app. This will be an automated system. This system will maintain proper record and backup of all data. This system will automatically check the progress of on going projects. This system will allow to apply online for Stock .This system will efficient, time saving and cost saving. Mainly it will consist of three type of users with specific activities. They include Admin, Shopkeeper, and Salesman.
